Today the team are busy sending out sample polyurethane parts to some of our new customers. Please do not hesitate to contact the team for information on our products or if you require a sample of quality manufactured polyurethane.

We are kicking off the week with these shiny sheets of Polyurethane. It may be the summer holidays but there is no sign of slowing down for the PPR manufacturing team!

Today we are working on these intricate moulds. We have created a dual hardness product by bonding the two different shore grade parts of polyurethane.

It’s a busy time of year for our Farmers. The summer heat wave has resulted in an early start to the Harvest. We provide Polyurethane parts for use on various agricultural machinery.

Polyurethane Flip Flow screen mats are widely used within the Quarrying and Mining industry. The mats are used to grade aggregates.  We produce these mats in a variation of hardness, diameter and sizing to fit the machinery.  Today’s batch, ready and rolled for delivery.

Did you know, as well as Polyurethane we also manufacture Polyethylene.  Polyethylene is a popular product for machine linings, wear strips and chutes.  These products can be produced in any grade and colour.

Our team have been busy this week bringing these old rollers back to life with a fresh coat of Polyurethane.
